Clinical Administration Team Manager
Job Description
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of administrators providing administrative support to Clinical Leads and employed clinicians in Severnside IUC. Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively. Act as a point of contact for all employed clinicians for all operational and administrative queries that are not able to be resolved through administrators. Oversee operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff management within the clinical workforce. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline administrative workflows. Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
