Clinical Research Fellow Advanced Heart Failure, Transplantation, MCS
Job Description
The post holder will be involved in the clinical care of patients in the project and will be the primary point of contact for these patients. The post holder will we working closely with Imperial College HealthCare partners Discover NOW team as well has the heart failure cardiologists in North West London area. They will actively recruit all patients required for the project. The post holder will be expected to participate in submitting ethics applications, recruiting and consenting patients, follow-up of the subjects, data analysis, and manuscript writing. The post holder will also be expected to write and submit grants for other projects based on advanced heart failure, transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support. The post holder will be expected to work with colleagues within the transplant unit at Harefield Hospital and with heart failure specialists across North West London.
