Continuing Healthcare Assessor (Bank Staff)
Job Description
To support the current CHC team deliver CHC related activities across the BLMK system which includes Luton, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. The role will include - but not limited to: Completion of Check lists and DST's and Fast Tracks. Work streams are both remote and face to face and will be supported by the CHC team that are based in our 4 locations across the area.
