Customer Service Administrator | Sevenoaks Medical Clinic, Sevenoaks Permanent | Full Time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday Benefits: Free Staff Parking, 33 Days Annual Leave, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance Do you have a passion for customer service? Are you an experienced administrator and enjoy working as part of a team? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with exceptional communication skills, both over the telephone and face to face. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will welcome patients and visitors to various departments around the hospital in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring an excellent patient experience throughout. In addition, you undertake administrative and clerical duties including main Reception and our Outpatients Department. This role will be ideal for a candidate who is experienced in working in Front of House/Reception for a high-end Hotel or other high-end environment. Role Responsibilities include: Welcome all patients, visitors, consultants and staff to the reception area and provide direction to the hospital departments when required Provide a reception service in a warm and friendly manner, responding appropriately to telephone and personal enquiries from staff, patients, consultants and visitors Ensure that all enquiries are promptly passed to a relevant member of staff who is able to deal with the request When required work the hospital switchboard, answering a high volume of telephone enquiries with confidentiality and courtesy, directing calls efficiently when needed Ensure that the Front of House and waiting areas are kept tidy and free from trip hazards As part of KIMS Hospital, our Sevenoaks Medical Centre team consists of Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers and administrators to provide outpatient and diagnostic services to the local community, across to a full range of clinical specialties including orthopaedics, dermatology, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and more.
