Work collaboratively with partner organisations to support the delivery of shared objectives, support system transformational delivery plans and local performance and population outcomes. Directly leading and managing (rather than co-ordinating) specific projects. These may be projects which are identified by the Trust as potentially more complex or sensitive & therefore require a more specialised lead. Actively participate in several committees, alliances and working group meetings across within the Trust and across the local system acting as Chair if required. Work independently to achieve desired results, managing own workload requesting guidance from peers as required. Negotiate bespoke resource profiles and work packages within an agreed contract with divisions/speciality areas to support action plans and achieve identified benefits. To represent the Trust at local, regional, and national forums.
