We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic team member to join our team to help provide medical services across Lincolnshire!
In this role will be working within our Enhanced Access Service, of which we provide across Boston, Spilsby, Louth, Skegness and Mablethorpe.
Working hours will be evenings and weekends.
Main duties of the job
The main duties for the role would be to provide reception support within the service during evenings and weekends.
1. Opening up and closing down of the site.
2. Supporting clinicians with Chaperoning during appointments when required.
3. Using of the booking system confidentially and correctly.
4. Greeting patients and arriving them on the system.
5. Checking reception tasks, making sure they are completed within a timely manner.
6. Monitoring stock levels, and contacting the Operations Manager if stock is required.
7. Providing any other receptionist tasks required by Operations Manager.
8. Ensuring all equipment is taking out before the shift and put away at the end of the shift, including items such as prescriptions (following the correct procedure).
9. Dealing with any patient queries.
10. Assisting the clinicians with calling IT when any issues arise.
11. Completing medical referrals
12. Participating in on call during your shift.

To work as part of a team in providing a high quality, efficient administrative support service to the practices involved within the Enhanced Access service.
To provide an accurate, confidential, comprehensive and efficient general receptionist service to the Operations Manager, Clinical Lead, and Clincial staff.

- Knowledge with SystmOne
- Own a smartcard
