Job Description

DHC is a patient focused GP Federation and pro-active community-based provider. We have a strong commitment to delivering high quality community oriented services, and to working in partnership with patients, carers, health and social care agencies and voluntary agencies. The Governance and Compliance Administrator provides support to the DHC Governance and Compliance Manager and Service Managers to help ensure the delivery of both excellent standards in safe and effective services and the expectations of the DHC Governance Framework. This includes the development and implementation of effective incident management and complaints systems, monitoring the implementation of recommendations and dissemination of lessons learned. The post holder provides effective administrative activities and processes relating to clinical governance, quality assurance and Care Quality Commission compliance within DHC services. Supporting and participating in all governance meetings including DHC wide and service specific. Assisting with document control and policy revision and accessing and maintaining records on RADAR and TEAMNET.
