We are now seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager to join our friendly, award-winning team. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as our Group Reporting Manager will be to shape our reporting landscape and how our Head Office communicates with the rest of the business. Other responsibilities will include: Producing both internal and external financial reports Owning all FP&A elements of the business, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting processes, providing routine and support where required Serving as a key partner between finance and IT for various projects Managing a team of two data analysts to ensure dashboards and submissions are accurate and designed with the audience in mind to inform decision-making ABOUT YOU To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have: Very high level of IT proficiency able to work comfortably building Macros and Power BI reports Experience in a similar role in a large, complex and ideally multi-site business Proven management, communication and leadership skills Preferred: ACA qualified accountant, IT certifications ABOUT US As one of the largest providers of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, we believe that the later years of our residents lives should be as enriching as any other.Our vision of creating meaningful lives together is reached by the exceptional care and experience we proudly offer throughout our growing portfolio of over 100 care homes whilst establishing ourselves as the preferred choice for residents and employees.
