Main duties of the job

You will need excellent attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a caring nature to interact with residents, their families, and other staff members.

Qualifications
Essential
- Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital, or hotel environment is highly desirable. You should also have a proven ability to lead and inspire a team, as well as excellent communication skills to liaise with other staff, residents, and their relatives.
