Were Looking For: A strong background in leading teams of People & OD Partners / HR Business Partners at a strategic level and an understanding of the importance and impact of culture, values, behaviour, and leadership. Key skills and experience: Proven experience in professional partnering at an executive and senior level. The ability to develop trusting and effective relationships and engage others through a coaching style. Expertise in organisation development and change A risk-based approach and an improvement mindset Experience in working effectively in complex trade unionised organisations and fostering positive partnership working.
