To contribute to and be actively engaged in a value base service which meets the needs of service users, ensuring that their wishes to live and experience an ordinary life are respected To support the senior qualified staff in the delivery of Care Plans for service users ensuring appropriate interventions in the Care Plans are delivered. To contribute to the assessment of risk and need, liaising and sharing information, which may be complex and sensitive, with the more senior staff members involved in the service users care.
