Are you passionate about healthcare and human resources? We are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time role, working four days a week from Tuesday to Friday. Please note that the role is hybrid, with a requirement to work from the office on a Thursday. There may also be other days across the working week where office based working is required. About the role As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team and management to ensure that our HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support to employees and management on various HR matters. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate and deliver HR training sessions and workshops. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction, including in the wider HealthHero group. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. About us Medvivo has been providing a range of health and urgent care services since 2004.
