Job summary
The key function is to support NHS Property Services in delivering building services maintenance and repairs across the NHS to ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards and to provide a safe and secure environment for visitors, customers, and employees.
Main duties of the job
Ensure compliance in line with all processes/procedures and policies that meets organisational standards/requirements including but not limited to our Health & Safety Policy/HTMs (Health Technical Memoranda) and SFG20. Ensuring new or revised policies are implemented within own work areas. Deliver planned and reactive maintenance services from the PPM planner, ensuring that operational standards are maintained at all times. Duties may include (but not limited to) fault finding, minors repairs or installations and maintaining services and equipment within critical environments.

Job responsibilities
We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Technician - Electrical. This will be to join our team based in Louth - Louth County Hospital. The starting salary for this role is from £36,000 (depending on experience) plus on call allowance. This is a permanent, full time position working 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm This is a mobile role covering Lincolnshire. Requirements for the role: Qualifications - At least one of the below:

Essential
- BTEC City & Guilds plus relevant experience and training.
- Hold level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Install or Electrical Maintenance.
- Formal apprenticeship or craft trained and registered Approved Electrician.
- Current qualification to the latest standard of BS 7671 City& Guilds (Latest edition).
- Full UK Driving License.
Experience
Essential
- Previous experience working within a
- buildings maintenance environment.
- Working within the requirements of method statements or permit to work.
- Experience maintaining services to SFG20.
