Job Description
We are looking for someone who can. Work closely with the Graphic Designer to commission artwork for a range of purposes, including flyers/leaflets/booklet and social media posts Assist with planning our attendance at industry events, such as 100% Optical Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners Plan and monitor the company presence on social media, increasing followers and engagement month on month Assist with the development of engaging online content, including blog posts, graphics, and videos Maintain the CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot) Measure and report on the performance of our digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics Managing internal comms, working closely with HR, ensuring all content is collated via the relevant departments and artwork creation Working with the HR Department in ensuring a quarterly social media plan includes various recruitment and peoples posts each week
