Education & Qualifications Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice. Included on the GMC Specialist Register. Qualified medical professional. Evidence of continuing professional and personal development Experience: Experience of medical management in a leadership position at or close to Board level within a complex healthcare organisation. Experience in leading and managing service transformation and change, achieving improvements in quality and safety. Experience of providing professional leadership and managing professional conduct across an organisation. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing service user, carer, and public involvement strategies.
