Occupational Therapist / Community Physiotherapist - Felixstowe

The role involves providing integrated therapy assessment and interventions to the residents of Felixstowe and surrounding area, who are 18+ and registered with a Felixstowe GP. Our main aim is to support, maintain and encourage people in the ageing well process. Our service runs 8 am-6 pm, 7 days a week. Staff are required to work approximately 1 in 10 weekends, with flexible working available within the hours of the service. You will be working with a caseload including neurological conditions, palliative plus frailty and falls assessment and management all with a view to preventing admission and supporting early discharge. Many of our patients have a complexity of needs across the spectrum of physical, mental and social care health.
