Organisational Development Facilitator
Job Description
Lead or collaborate in the facilitation of OD activities including: o Learning and development activities e.g. leadership and management development, coaching, mentoringo Team interventionso Workshopso Meetingso Staff eventso Focus groupso Interviews Lead and contribute to project management activities of the team e.g. developing project plans; drafting progress reports; suggesting key performance measures, raising issues and risks etc. Lead planning, administration and logistics for OD e.g. taking responsibility for organising events and conferences; for liaising with internal and external parties, booking resources and managing and delegating support from the wider team Curate, develop and maintain up-to-date information and OD resources for staff use Develop content and communications that support the work of the team e.g. presentations, reports, emails; newsletters, marketing material etc. Support the integration of equality, diversity and inclusion practices in OD Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, peers across the Trust, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional manner that reflects the values and principles of the Trust and OD Use own initiative to make changes that improves the work of the team and supports establishing successful OD practices.
