Practice Manager
Job Description
To be responsible for the efficient management and direction of the administration team, ensuring all administrative duties are performed effectively and to the required standard, meeting the objectives of the practice. To support the partnership in promoting Equality and Diversity/Inclusion, Health and Safety, quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development, and to carry out other duties as directed by the partnership. This is a hands-on role and the post holder will be required to carry out work as part of the clerical team, as well as manage. This may be specific allocated tasks, taking a turn in the tasks that are shared, supporting team members or covering for absence. The post holder must be willing and able to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in their work and approach.
