Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities To interpret and analyse data from a variety of sources (including psychological articles, intervention manuals/protocols, training materials, and case studies) and integrate these with theoretical and therapeutic models and complex factors concerning historical and developmental processes that shape individuals, families, and communities. To develop psychological frameworks of parenting skills and features of parent-child interactions that integrate information from available literature within a coherent framework that draws upon psychological theory and evidence, and that incorporates interpersonal, societal, cultural and biological factors. To co-lead focus groups and consultations with practitioners across NHS and third sector services (e.g., health visitors, clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers) to gain insights through sharing experiences of evidence-based practice and integrating learning. To co-lead focus groups and consultations with caregivers of young children in public and patient involvement initiatives that aim to co-produce guidance for cross-service use. To exercise autonomous professional responsibility for project outputs (e.g., service frameworks, literature reviews, reports, and guidance) in line with service guidelines and under the overall co-ordination of the Principal Investigators. To communicate, in a skilled and sensitive manner, to other practitioners, service users, and other key stakeholders as appropriate. To attend and contribute to team meetings and discussions. To work in partnership with other disciplines and to maintain links with Statutory and non-statutory and primary care agencies as appropriate. To contribute to the reduction of risk in areas of responsibility. To produce project reports and notes in a timely manner and to provide management information in line with Trust policies and procedures in a timely manner.
