ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus asaResidential Care Managerwill be tomanage the group ofCare Supervisors within the home ensuring thatahigh-qualitydeliveryofpersonal care is delivered to our residents.Youwill beanadvocate forall residents,maintainingthebestinterest in all areasofthe resident's wellbeing. Other responsibilitieswillinclude: Co-ordinating theresident assessmentprocess, ensuringthatthe planned careisaccurate andreflected in each individual care plan. Supporting,guiding,anddevelopingtheirteammembers. Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer'sinstruction and is cleanedandstored appropriatelyafteruse. Ensuringcompliance with theSafe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures. UndertakingQualityCareSpotChecksreportingonthe qualityofcareprovidedbyCareSupervisors, CarersandSeniorCarers withintheir team. ABOUT YOU To besuccessfulin your application, youwill live our values of caring,supportive,honest,respectful,and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidatemusthave: NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent. A Minimum of two years' experience in long-termcareor similarindustry. Comprehensiveunderstandingof CQC Fundamental Standards. Experience in leading a team in a similar care environment.
