More detail about the role We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard-working Catering Retail Manager. You will be working in a modern restaurant and retail environment serving fresh, seasonal produce using local suppliers. The post holder will be a key member of the Estates & Facilities Division with responsibility for the day to day planning, organising and co-ordinating of Catering retail services across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with proven experience who is able to manage a large team in a very busy environment. The post holder will have a thorough knowledge of the procedures and practices relating to Food Safety legislation. We are looking for someone with the vision and enthusiasm to help improve services in an ever changing and exciting sector. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 with a degree of flexibility required to meet operational need.
