The Retail Catering Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of retail catering services within NHS healthcare facilities, encompassing restaurants, retail outlets, and stores. Main duties of the job

We are seeking an ambitious, innovative, and customer-focused Retail Catering Manager to lead and transform our retail catering team. The successful candidate will:* Drive Commercial Growth: Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue, optimize costs, and enhance profitability across all retail catering outlets. Use market analysis and customer insights to make informed decisions that align with organizational goals.* Embrace Digital Transformation: Leverage digital tools and technologies to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and modernize the customer experience, including online ordering and cashless payment systems.* Enhance Branding and Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
