Oakwood Gardenshas9 self-contained bungalows located in WV5 0BR, Wombourne, that support adults over the age of 18 with learning difficulties and autism. About the Role... Days Only - including alternative weekends 42 hours a week £12.00 rising to £12.50 per hour Helping to promote resident independence Supporting residents in all aspects of day-to-day life, encouraging and promoting independence Monitoring of residents and reporting concerns to senior team members or managers Going out with residents into the local community to attend events, parks, restaurants and local activities Completing residents records to help monitor health You...
