Job Description

Our Service provides evidence based psychological interventions using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other NHS Talking Therapies approved modalities. This means you will be working within NICE guidelines. We deliver treatment over the telephone, in groups via online webinars, face to face, and using computerised therapy options as part of a stepped care model. Gloucestershire Talking Therapies is made up of 4 clinical teams situated across the county of Gloucestershire. We employ over 100 therapists and are passionate about improving access to psychological therapies. We pride ourselves on our clinical model that focuses on delivering high quality care that consistently exceeds the national recovery standard.Each clinical team includes a Clinical Lead, Team manager, Psychological Therapists, Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners. We also train significant numbers of trainee therapists. We are offering a webinar on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at 12pm. You must be in a position to commence the PWP training course in March 2025; once you have completed our recruitment process, including corporate induction on 17th February 2025.
