Part-Time Supervisor Opportunitiy at Pavers' New Yeovil Store!

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our BRAND NEW STORE at Quedam shopping Centre in October 2024! We are looking for a part-time Supervisor to join our new Pavers team.

The role is on a 16 per week contract, spread over four days, including a mix of weekend, weekday, and evening shifts.

If you have experience as a Supervisor, keyholder, or aspire to be a Supervisor, and love delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the perfect role for you!

You will work closely with the store management team to inspire and support your colleagues, ensuring that customers receive genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products, including shoe care, handbags, and accessories.

Pay, Hours & Benefits

Pay: £12.10 per hour, increasing to £12.35 per hour upon completing the required retail induction PaSS stages.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Team Support: Assist the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, including coaching and developing the team to achieve KPIs.
  • Customer Service: Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories to complement their needs.
  • Self-Improvement: Be self-aware, constantly questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for both personal and store performance alongside the management team.
  • Leadership: Live and breathe the Pavers DNA, always leading by example and fostering a customer-first culture.
