Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Service Manager to join the team at Milton Village, Portsmouth.

About Milton Village

Milton Village in Portsmouth, has 65 one or two bedroom extra care flats on three sites, which are all designed for those who need some personal care and support with their daily living. Other facilities available include hairdressing salon, gardens and communal dining rooms, meanwhile, our care team is available on-site 24/7 to give residents peace of mind and the individual support that they need.

About the Role

As a Service Manager you will be Registered with CQC and would be responsible for

  • Supporting on-site teams to ensure they have everything they need to complete their duties
  • Working alongside Social Services, Contract Commissioners and other Health professionals to ensure all contractual requirements are met
  • Conducting service monitoring to ensure a high level of care is being delivered
  • Completing support functions such as Payroll, Recruitment and other key activities
  • Liaising with clients and their families to ensure they are happy with the service the receive
  • Managing your office team
  • Ensuring all CQC requirements are met
  • Working with our Operational Team to ensure continued development and growth of the service we provide in the local community.

About You

We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about delivering high standards of quality care that we would all want our own families to receive. You would have at least 2 years experience in the Health & Social Care Sector with previous Management Experience as well as ideally working towards your NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social care or already gaining the level 5 qualification.

Salary & Hours

The Salary for this role would be £32,000 per annum and would be Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 however there may be times outside of this where you would need to be available for emergecny oncall duties or other schemes of work to meet service need.
