Why we’re working with Rest Less

At Radis we don’t see age as a barrier to a career in care, we see it as an empowering enabler.  We take pride in the fact that our wonderful team represents a richness of diversity with a high percentage of them over the age of 50. We welcome the valuable life skills and experience that those of 50+ can bring to our team and these sit closely with our values. It may be those who have cared for a family member or friend and now want to carry on providing care to those who need or indeed those that just want to give something back to their communities. Whatever the reason, we always have rewarding opportunities for compassionate and kind people who want to make a valuable difference to the lives of those we support.
