As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of initiatives and change using an agile product approach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.

This role is a full-time, permanent position and is based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices (once per quarter) or as needed.

You'll help us by:

Facilitating the work performed (team task management) by the Core Services (Logistics, Product and Merch) Product Team, eliminating blockers to the completion of tasks and achievement of goals. Working with the Technical Product Manager to ensure all team tasks are well understood, carried out and implemented to the highest standard.

Generating team level KPI's. Monitoring them and communicating to the wider team, keeping them organised and motivated. Communicating any changes that might affect the product team direction.

Coaching the team in scrum principles, practices and artifacts. Co-creating technical enabler backlog items and works with the BA and TPM to articulate the value. Working together with the Technical Product Managers and with other dependent Technology teams to ensure efficient delivery of team backlog items Monitors ADO board stories and tasks.

Organising the demo sessions and hosting all sprint ceremonies, being a single point of contact for the team members during a sprint and vice versa

Liaising with Service Assurance team, Operations and Service Desk to ensure any problems, repeat incidents and customer pain points are dealt with in the next possible sprint, and to agree fix times on escalated incidents to the 3rd line product team.

Advocating the adoption of technology to drive greater efficiency and continuous improvement.

The skills you'll be sharing with the team:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their delivery.
  • Ability to understand your stakeholders needs in depth, to be intuitive and be able to step in and provide support when needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Easily able to explain to technical and non-technical teams alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Influencing without authority
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Prioritising and managing multiple conflicting tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
