  • Permanent, full time role.
  • 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3pm working from Wellington Depot.
  • Grade 12: £28,421 - £31,777 per annum inclusive of a £2,000 recruitment allowance for a minimum of 3 years.
  • 28 of days annual leave

What will I be doing?

We're working to improve the lives of people in Somerset - and you'll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:

  • Working with tenants in occupied and un occupied properties
  • Working with the voids team and planner a co-ordinating the daily activity.
  • Working with other trade teams delivering joint solutions.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:

  • Level 2-3 NVQ or equivalent or City & Guilds Apprenticeship served.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving.
  • Planning & organising materials.
  • Mechanical skills, working with various power tools woodworking machinery.
  • Attention to detail, precise working.
