We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager.

You'll be creating, planning and delivering multi channel customer and member marketing campaigns in line with our strategies, driving delivery of customer targets and KPIs for our End of Life Services operation's.

We're offering a 12 month fixed term contract working Monday to Friday. This role is based at our head office in Portsmouth and offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office. The office has great amenities with free onsite parking and a shuttle bus service.

What to expect

  • Creates and delivers the annual online and offline marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Works with external agencies to support implementation of marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include audience selection based on segmentation analysis, creative and content brief design, managing content and creative execution, digital campaign testing, reviewing campaign metrics and performance and running follow up/re-targeting campaigns while ensuring brand compliance.
  • Identify and produce effective branded collateral to support customer journeys for all End of Life Service business areas, helping to drive engagement and ultimately sales.
  • Works with operational, communications and community teams, as well as third party agencies to develop and deliver the annual marketing content strategy and marketing events calendar.
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns in Agile methodology, owning the creation and prioritisation of the backlog.
  • Manage all customer and member advertising and maximise the halo effect of Group-led advertising.
  • Use customer insight and data, analyse marketing campaigns and performance.
  • Work with End if Life Services Operations team to identify product and service promotion opportunities to improve customer engagement.
  • Managing marketing budgets and value derived from third party support is maximised.

Key skills required

  • Experienced Marketing professional
  • Degree or relevant marketing professional qualification (Desirable)
  • Experience in marketing & digital execution
  • Experience in brand marketing
  • Understanding of AdTech and MarTech
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail & accuracy
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively
  • UK Driving Licence - travel to sites may be required
