About the Role

As the Digital Learning Specialist, you will design engaging digital learning content, manage the UK&I Academy platform, and ensure compliance with mandatory training. You'll also coordinate eLearning requests and collaborate with teams to align digital learning with business needs. This role offers the chance to innovate, drive learning adoption, and enhance employee development across the organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create engaging digital learning content
  • Evaluate and update digital content regularly to ensure its relevance, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to align digital learning solutions with business needs.
  • Actively manage local and Group compliance for the UK&I, ensuring all mandatory training is up-to-date.
  • Promote available learning resources, ensuring they are easily accessible to all colleagues
  • Manage and maintain the UK&I Academy platform, including reporting.
  • Provide support and training to colleagues on the use of digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Coordinate digital requests, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital learning trends and technologies, implementing best practices where appropriate.

Key measurables

  • Digital learning content created to a high spec within agreed timescales
  • Metrics shared monthly for usage and completion of key digital learning solutions, highlighting trends and recommendations for future solutions
  • Driving 95% local and Group compliance for the UK&I. Timely reports shared. Proactive communication to hit these numbers
  • % of colleagues actively engaging with online learning solutions
  • UK&I academy platform remains current and up to date

To be successful in this role you will need:

Essential:

  • Passion to learn and develop self
  • Strong critical thinking and planning skills to develop, design, create and implement effective digital learning solutions
  • Ability to manage several projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven track record to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to problems
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building building skills, who can work effectively with colleagues at all

Desirable:

  • Experience working within an L&D team
  • Excel skills
  • Prior SF experience
  • Any creative experience / qualifications
