What the Job Involves

  • Providing general administrative support across two teams and assisting the District Lead Team.
  • Supporting administration of casework for county council Members, MP's, District and Parish Councillors.
  • Assisting the Complaints Officer in handling Highways Complaints according to guidelines.
  • Accurately recording and processing requests and information received.
  • Setting up new cases and project demands.
  • Providing meeting support, including arranging dates, booking rooms, preparing agendas, and note-taking.
  • Responding to and resolving inquiries generated by the Services.
