What the Job Involves
- Providing general administrative support across two teams and assisting the District Lead Team.
- Supporting administration of casework for county council Members, MP's, District and Parish Councillors.
- Assisting the Complaints Officer in handling Highways Complaints according to guidelines.
- Accurately recording and processing requests and information received.
- Setting up new cases and project demands.
- Providing meeting support, including arranging dates, booking rooms, preparing agendas, and note-taking.
- Responding to and resolving inquiries generated by the Services.
