What the job involves

As an HR Shared Services Assistant, you will provide integrated administrative services across various HR activities such as payroll, benefits & pensions, HR data management, and recruitment. Your responsibilities include accurate data entry, processing employee benefit requests, distributing payslips, handling pension correspondence, and managing contractual information. You will also be involved in sorting post, responding to calls and emails, updating records, and maintaining compliance with data protection and corporate guidelines. You will participate actively in the development of work practices and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues. Additionally, you will ensure high standards of customer care, comply with health & safety and equality & diversity policies, and contribute to the team culture by attending meetings and supporting team members. This role is office-based for at least the first two months.
