The Wolseley Hospitality Group's Head Office is located above The Wolseley on Piccadilly. It comprises The Director's office alongside People, Talent & Culture, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing and Reservations.

The role of a Private Dining Room Coordinator:
  • Ensure that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all customers.
  • Respond and manage private dining inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to clients.
  • Develop personalised proposals for clients, considering dietary restrictions, preferences, and event themes.
  • Collaborate with chefs, general managers and service staff to plan the events accommodating the guest's requirements where possible.
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure all special requests and dietary needs are met.
  • Coordinate seating plans, table settings, and audio/visual equipment as needed.
  • Oversee timelines and schedules for event setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Build and maintain relations with site and head office teams, ensuring regular reviews with GMs and site teams working collaboratively to drive efficiencies, revenue and the guest experience.
What we're looking for in a Private Dining Coordinator:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail for managing the specifics of each event.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage services.
  • Customer service mindset to provide high-quality experiences.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in full time employment ideally within a project or event management role
