Job Description
Vantage are looking for an Aftersales Manager to join our team based in Lexus Preston. In return you will receive a competitive salary of upto £52,000 per annum including OTE bonus and excellent benefits!

About the Role
This is an exciting and challenging role. Reporting to the Centre Principal, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the aftersales team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the company and manufacturer's brand values.
Customer engagement will be at the forefront of everything you do as well as encouraging your team to deliver in a busy pressurised environment and maintaining high customer standards.
You will be responsible for all aftersales/service activity to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction, working with teams across the centre and other dealerships to provide a seamless service to customers.
This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Present strong management and coaching skills gained in a similar role and environment
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Hold the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment producing great results of outstanding customer service and selling
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence
