Jemca are currently offering a new opportunity as a Parts Supervisor to join our business based out of our Toyota Bromley dealership.

As a Parts Supervisor, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With great product knowledge and supervisory skills, you will have a passion for delivering great customer service, a Parts Supervisor will use excellent communication skills to provide a seamless service to customers and be sure to retain them for the future. Knowledgeable and professional, you'll work with and supervise your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst delighting our customers.

What we need:

Deliver complete customer satisfaction.

• Design local promotions, negotiating with local suppliers to achieve the best possible terms and monitors results accordingly;

• Agree the showroom display of accessories with the Sales Manager;

• Agree goodwill gestures and customer discounts;

Work as a full member of the Centre team.

• Ensure all members of the Parts team understand the implications of the Toyota Experience for their role and monitors performance against agreed customer service targets (e.g. CCS);

• Supervise the team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the Toyota Experience and Toyota's Brand Values;

• Ensure that the Parts team work closely with colleagues in Sales, Service and Administration to deliver excellent customer service;

Monitor staff training needs, ensuring training and development plans are in place and up to date for all members of the team;

• Work with individuals to address performance issues e.g. by providing coaching;

• Assess potential recruits for the Parts team;

• Work with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers (e.g. by informally observing and responding to the needs of customers who are not being attended to by other members of staff)

• Act as a full member of the dealership's management team to take the business forward

• Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist

• Comply with Jemca process and standards

• Supervise the day to day operations of the Parts Department to ensure the achievement of key targets (e.g. parts & accessory sales volumes and margins);

• Plan and manage parts and accessory stock levels to meet customer requirements and minimise cost;

• Ensure non-current stock is promoted to build sales or returned within the 20 day period to minimise levels of non-current stock;

• Manage stock visibility to ensure all necessary personnel have accurate information on availability and price;

• Negotiate with non-franchise parts suppliers;

• Review and improve Parts processes and systems continuously to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability;

• Manage the dealership's trade sales activity - including prospecting activity, agreement of discounts and van sales;

• Work with colleagues across the dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints;

Your Skills:

Relevant experience in an automotive environment.

• Be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.

• Work efficiently under pressure

• Supervisory Experience
