Senior Parts Advisor

In this customer-facing role you will plan and co-ordinate the dealership's Parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximise sales volumes and margins. You will build a rapport with customers, communicating via telephone and face-to-face to gain a good understanding of the customer's needs and guide them towards the product that will best meet their needs and requirements.

• Monitor and maintain stock levels.

• Verify parts against delivery notes.

• Educate customers on parts and accessories.

• Cultivate relationships with new customers.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on promotions for displays.

• Manage warranty materials and surcharge ledger.
