What's it all about?

In this role you will be accountable for the operational management of your region, leading your team to be future focused to ensure we deliver the needs of our customers. You will create a culture of safety first, compliance and high operational standards thereby putting our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything we do. You will focus on commercial delivery by motivating and leading your team to optimise F&B sales and maximise room occupancy whilst taking a cost conscious approach.

The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for growth within your team by setting clear performance targets and setting the team up for success in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience every time. Change management will also be critical in this role, so the ability to Influence and lead UK project strategies across your region to ensure change is delivered, embedded and sustained in an optimal and efficient manner is imperative.

Who will this appeal to?

You are a charismatic and influential leader who can engage and inspire people within your team and across different functions. You can see the bigger picture and communicate effectively at all levels to drive results across the business. You have extensive experience within a regional multisite operational role, ideally within hospitality, leisure or retail brands with acute focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.

It's important to you to foster an inclusive culture where everyone can be their true self and belong. You enjoy using data insights to set clear objectives and strategic plans and you relish being a brand ambassador and taking a conscious approach to leading on sustainability agendas.

Please be aware that this is a field based role and the successful candidate must have a full UK driving license. The South region incorporates the South of England and the usual pattern for this role is at least 3 days out in the region with the rest of time WFH.

  • £95,000 - £100,000 base salary
  • Performance bonus OTE - up to 25%
