Location: Cleveland Clinic London

Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour

Working pattern: As required

Requirements:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role is a plus, but not essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Dispose of waste and manage recycling in accordance with our sustainability practices.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all tasks.
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment: Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
  • Keep Kitchen Areas Tidy: Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Assist with Food Preparation: Support the kitchen team by performing basic food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Manage Waste and Recycling: Dispose of waste correctly and manage recycling following our sustainability guidelines.
  • Ensure Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to high standards of hygiene and safety in all tasks, contributing to a safe working environment.
