Fine Dining & Hospitality Head Chef

Sitting on the 9th floor of the building, the fine dining restaurant offers amazing views of London and is well liked, sitting 30 to 40 customers every lunch service.
You will be in charge of leading a team of 6 chefs working with the most up to date equipment and will be able to order from a list of top London food suppliers.
Location: EY
Rate of pay: £49,000 per annum
Key responsibilities
- To be on top of the food trends & tastes, willing to challenge yourself
- Lead the teams of chefs, kitchen porters and front of house with a positive attitude and advanced knowledge
- Create unique fine dining and private dining room menus withing budget and seasonality
- With the support of the executive chef, oversee all hospitality kitchens and requirements
