We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Sous Chef at one of our prestigious contracts in the city of London, St Paul's.Overtime for evening events paid at 1.5 rate

Location: EC2V 7HN

Rate of pay: £35,360.00 - £38,000.00 per annum based on experience

Working pattern: Monday-Friday 7:00-15:30

Overtime for evening events paid at 1.5 rate

  • The ideal candidate must have a strong background on high end hospitality/restaurant operations
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Responsible for the day to day kitchen operations under the head chef's supervision
  • Work closely with the CDP and supervise the food production
  • Maintain the pre-set food safety and health & safety high standards
