We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Junior Sous Chef at one of our prestigious contracts in the city of London, St Paul's.Overtime for evening events paid at 1.5 rate
Location: LBG (St Paul's EC2V)
Rate of pay: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background on high end hospitality/restaurant operations
- Be able to work under pressure
- Responsible for the day to day kitchen operations under the head chef's supervision
- Work closely with the CDP and supervise the food production
- Maintain the pre-set food safety and health & safety high standards
