JOB INTRODUCTION

The DRAMS Specialist role sits within the Stocks Business Unit (SBU), which is at the heart of WG&S, responsible for the long-term planning and safeguarding of all spirit. The SBU is also responsible for all sale of new fill and mature bulk spirit to external customers within the industry.

Please note that this is a 12 month FTC opportunity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

DRAMS is the business-critical system used to record all spirit movements, from distillation to packaging. The DRAMS specialist is responsible for maintaining the DRAMS masterdata, for both WG&S stocks and customer-owned stocks. This includes managing the accuracy of all spirit added to DRAMS, managing all corrections to DRAMS transactions across the distilleries, aligning DRAMS for legislative changes, and processing of external customer invoices. The role is also critical to the ongoing DRAMS training for WG&S employees and works between both the OBU and SBU teams.

JOB OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The role requires continuous attention to detail and a strong ability to communicate with others, working cross-functionally to maintain the accuracy of all spirit transactions within DRAMS. Prior experience of using DRAMS at a detailed level if essential. You will have strong data analysing skills and experience and have the ability to operate in a very dynamic environment where priorities rapidly change. You will be confident operating independently to find solutions to problems and to establish improved ways of working to avoid problems in the future.
