JOB INTRODUCTION

William Grant & Sons is a highly successful drinks business with a portfolio of twenty-two brands that span the globally established (e.g. Glenfiddich and Hendrick's) to the younger, incubator brands (e.g. Discarded (sustainably-led spirits proposition), Silent Pool (premium+ gin) and Reyka (Icelandic vodka).

We are at the start of a very exciting and pivotal moment for the business, and as a newly created unit, we are looking for change makers who relish the opportunity to help shape and set the creative bar of our in-house social content studio.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

We are looking for content creators that can solve key brand challenges with breakthrough social content that deliver brand impact. You'll be able to seamlessly transition from being a film and photography self-shooter to an experienced director working with specially cast production teams, managing those processes end-to-end. Understanding the technicalities of shooting bottles and glassware to a high standard will be very important.

JOB OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who wants to set and continue to raise the bar in social content excellence. An expert in Meta, YouTube and TikTok. You will need to be someone who seeks out the latest social trends, and who understands how brands can breakthrough into culture. Experience working with multiple brands concurrently, with an ability to create and curate a distinctive house style for each of them with be very important.
