Within our Global Brand Teams, Global Product Managers work in partnership with Innovation, NPD and Insight teams to manage ranges of award-winning products that delight consumers around the world and grow the business over the long term.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference working as part of a global brand team, managing a range of award-winning products, ensuring we have an optimised product range with clear hero expressions and a product range roadmap for the future to achieve long-term brand growth.

Partnering with Innovation, NPD and Insight teams both globally and in market, you'll partner with them to ensure we have a range that meets the needs of our consumers and customers, delivering sustainable growth across the business.

JOB OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be successful you'll need to have the perfect blend of experience working with physical products, the ability to handle complex product ranges, combined with strong commercial acumen and project management skills.

With a background in Marketing, possibly Luxury goods, you will likely have experience in a commercial role and with an appreciation for driving profitability. You'll be an expert at working cross-functionally to drive range initiatives involving senior stakeholders, developing strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships to ensure plans are delivered brilliantly across markets.
