JOB INTRODUCTION

Global Travel Retail (GTR) is the shop window to the world! Exceptionally showcasing our iconic and award-winning luxury spirits portfolio across international airport stores and cruise ships. The future is extremely bright for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio within the travel retail channel, and this role will be critical to the success of our growth plans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to drive brand performance and growth by analysing market trends, customer data and shopper insights in order to shape and implement category recommendations in the trade. You will work closely with account teams to turn shopper and retailer data into actionable insights that elevate our Gin and Malt brands with key global customers. This role involves leading the category agenda, delivering strategic presentations, and identifying opportunities to increase brand visibility and profitability across airports and other travel retail channels.

JOB OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

You must be a data-driven individual with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in category management. You thrive on turning insights into actionable strategies to drive business growth while fostering strong relationships internally and externally. Occasional international travel is a requirement, you'll have a strong cultural awareness and the ability to speak more than one language is a benefit but not essential.
