JOB INTRODUCTION
The role of the Central Pack Costing Team is to ensure that costs correctly flow through the WG&S business units. This is achieved by the accurate costing of SKUs in the main ERP system, as well as relevant interfaced systems. In addition, we are responsible for intercompany pricing and distribution cost set up. The main role of a Senior Finance Analyst is to support these tasks, mainly through the costing and checking of SKUs and supporting the part creation and supply chain processes. They will also support the wider business with initiatives that involve parts and supply chain transactions, through input into, and the testing of, potential solutions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
You will play an active role in the annual budget part costing process to ensure the business's budget timetable is adhered to, while supporting the part creation process with the costing of new SKUs and ensuring correct supply chain pricing set up. In addition, you will be involved with supporting business projects planned to go live over the next 18 months that require input from the part costing team. This may involve design, build, and testing of new and existing part costing processes.
JOB OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will possess excellent financial acumen and data analytics capability, dealing with large volumes of data within a systems environment. You will have a good understand of general FMCG company processes coupled with an eagerness to learn about our exciting, fast-moving, international business. You will be able to work autonomously when required but be comfortable playing a positive active role in supporting business projects and in the development of our own ways of working.
