Cinnamon Swirl Apple Pie recipe
Ingredients: serves 6-8
2 sheets puff pastry
9 tsp cinnamon
¾ cup sugar
3tbsp plain flour
8 cups apples, peeled, cored & chopped
How to Prepare:
Brush each sheet of pastry with milk and sprinkle each with 4tsp cinnamon. Roll each sheet, then slice into 2cm pieces.
Line pie dish with pastry circles and flatten
Put sugar, flour & 1tsp cinnamon into bowl – add apple and mix well. Add apple to the lined tin.
Put remaining circles between grease proof paper and roll out. Lay on top of pie and trim the edges.
Bake for 40 mins @ 180℃
