If you haven’t tried this absolutely scrummy combo of papaya, lime, chilli and soft brown sugar – then you haven’t lived. It is quite simply heaven on a plate. Simplicity itself – in fact almost too easy to call it a recipe, but this sweet, smooth, hot treat is something you must try.
PAPAYA WITH LIME
Ingredients serves 2
One ripe papaya
Juice of a fresh lime
2 tspns brown sugar
Finely chopped red chilli
Method
Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the black seeds with a spoon.
Into each half, pour in juice of half a lime, tspn sugar and chilli to taste.
