Kale crisps – healthily delicious

KALE CRISPS!

Toss two large handfuls of chopped and washed kale in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil (or low calorie oil spray), sea salt and pepper. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and bake at 180 degrees for 10 – 20 minutes until crisp.

Ok, so maybe these aren’t exactly cheese and onion Walkers BUT they are really good. Most importantly one cup of fresh chopped kale only contains about 35 calories (oil adds a little calorific value to the mix – obviously).

Enjoy!
